Description
Exclusive copy of an original guitar built in Mirecourt (France, ca. 1850) that is kept in a Tokyo Guitar Museum and that I had the opportunity to restore. The string length of the instrument is 640 mm, its neck is lacquered in Japanese black and has a mechanical headstock. For my version of this guitar I usually use the same types of woods of the original. However, I have built some with rosewood back and sides (instead of maple) and the results have been very satisfactory according to my opinion.
